  • Get notified directly to your desktop (Windows Vista/7)

    The following directions apply for windows vista/7 and use a gadget to fetch your personal rss remider feed. You can of course pick the rss reader of your choice to view this feed if you wish :)

    • Download and install the rss feed reader gadget

      Go get it -> Click download -> click install

    • Go to your dashboard and copy the rss link

      Dashboard -> Right click rss icon (Left of "Upcoming reminders") -> Copy link location

      Important! Do NOT share this link with anyone, it contains an auto-generated secret code to identify you to fishmemory.net. If you share this link, anyone could see your reminders.

    • Go to your desktop and click the options icon in the new gadget
    • Add your personal reminder feed

      Enter a feed name -> Paste the link of your feed -> Click add feed

      We also suggest to set refresh rate every 15 or 30 minutes

    • You are done! (almost)

      Just add some reminders, they will appear next time the gadget is refreshed. We suggest to click the expand icon of the gadget to have a better view of your reminders.

5. We are allowed to display advertisements inside the pages that display lists you have created.

6. You accept to receive up to 2 emails per month with site news. You can disable this from your settings page (not yet implemented)
