1. THIS WEBSITE AND IT'S SERVICES IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE WEBSITE.

2. You understand that by making your lists public you allow others to see, rate and post comments on these lists. Making a public list private again, does not mean that search engines will not have cached the content so think carefully before making your list public.

3. Lists that receive a certain number of negative votes and/or reported as dangerous/insulting/illegal e.t.c. are automatically made private. Furthermore, the administrators of this site have the right to make any list private for any reason without having to explain why.

4. Although we will do everything we can to ensure reminders are delivered as they should, we cannot guarantee this will always be the case.

5. We are allowed to display advertisements inside the pages that display lists you have created.

6. You accept to receive up to 2 emails per month with site news. You can disable this from your settings page (not yet implemented)
